What MySolveTools Is
MySolveTools is the parent brand for ScamShield, LetterLens, and PhotoFixer. We provide browser-based digital tools that help families check suspicious messages, understand confusing documents, and restore family photos.

How We Use Information
We use information to process purchases, deliver access links, provide the tools you request, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, and improve MySolveTools products.
Submitted Messages, Letters, And Photos
Suspicious messages, document images, and photos are processed to deliver the requested result. We design our tools around practical privacy and do not sell submitted customer content.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may process payment and fraud-prevention data under its own privacy terms.
